An overview of our company from end to end

It's been a full court press on the Series B front these past two weeks as I've taken 25 first round meetings with various different VCs at all sizes and scales. The consistent theme has been how impressed they are at the breadth of what we've built. Supporting 5 technology platforms simultaneously (borrowers, underwriters, investors, admin, surveillance) is no small feat and we've been able to continue to ship and deliver on product enhancements across all of them on a consistent basis. Our model of being the sole underwriter has been validated as they've all agreed there's almost no way to build a three-sided marketplace from the get go. Doing these transactions, learning what each side's needs and value propositions are, all of it has been leading us to this point and this year where we can finally open up the platform to underwriters and deliver on that vision we laid out years ago of being a true infrastructure solution for the multi-trillion dollar private debt markets.

As we've done with every fundraise, we did these VCs a favor by writing our own investment memo for them. Not only does this give them a better understanding of the nuances about our business (of which there are many!), but they can also copy and paste so much of what's written here into their own memo, speeding up the time it takes to get in front of their investment committee. I'm excited to share this memo with you here and this will become required reading for all new hires in the coming months as part of their welcome package as well.
